About

Meet Quenton Todd Hatter

Quenton Todd Hatter

My name is Quenton Todd Hatter. I am a Republican asking for your vote to become the next Judge of the Randall County Court at Law #1.

What prompted my decision to become a Judge? My desire to preside over the people's courtroom. When two parties enter a courtroom, the outcome should never be predetermined. I do not seek endorsements nor have political connections as I intend to remain neutral and unbiased. I will not bend to political influence nor do I owe any favors.

Political influence should not have the ability to affect a judge's rulings or the judge's ultimate decision in a legal matter. Whether a party is represented by a big firm or a one lawyer shop, the attorneys and their clients should be received by a judge with level scales as wealth and power should not decide the outcome.

The most and the least that a party or a practicing attorney could hope for, and should be able to expect as they enter the courtroom, is to have a fair chance during their day in court to present their side of the dispute. Because of my strong belief in people's individual rights and what is right by the law, I will not be affected by political influence. If elected, I will decide each case based on the evidence and the law as it exists.

TOGETHER, LET'S MAKE RANDALL COUNTY SAFER

I believe, that to do a superior job, a judge should always remember, that he is a public servant and serves at the pleasure of the people. If elected, I will be firm but fair and will decide each case based on the evidence and the law as it exists.

A judge should be firm but compassionate. A Judge should maintain a court where parties get their chance to fully present their disputes and their versions of the events. The parties and their counsel deserve a judge who will be fair, impartial, and patient.
